The present invention relates to a multiplexing single cell analysis method using oligonucleotides comprising a barcode sequence. In a single cell RNA sequencing method, the present invention labels cell samples under various conditions through transfection of oligonucleotides to which barcode sequences are introduced, and thus can perform single cell analysis through only one RNA sequence analysis, thereby being cost-effective.
