Disclosed is an intelligent evacuation guidance system based on the internet of things (IoT) comprising: a sensor device installed at each of a plurality of places to sense a disaster situation and transmit the sensed disaster situation in real time; an IoT guidance device which is installed at a plurality of places, and receives and displays a real-time evacuation path in accordance with the disaster situation at an installation position in real time; an emergency exit indicator which is installed on an emergency exit, and receives and displays the real-time evacuation path in accordance with the disaster situation at an installation position in real time; a user terminal to receive and display the real-time evacuation path in accordance with the disaster situation at the current position of a user in real time; a firefighter terminal to receive and display the real-time evacuation path in accordance with the disaster situation at the current position of a firefighter in real time or receive and display life rescue data in accordance with the disaster situation in real time; and an intelligent evacuation guidance server to receive a disaster situation from the sensor device in real time, and calculate a real-time evacuation path at the installation position in accordance with the disaster situation received in real time to transmit the real-time evacuation path to the corresponding IoT guidance device or the emergency exit indicator in real time.
