The present invention relates to an analysis method of a factory automation controller using artificial intelligence-based reverse engineering, which comprises: a) an input step of receiving and preprocessing input and output data of an analysis target intelligent controller; b) a step of constructing a logical model of the preprocessed input and output data through artificial intelligence learning; and c) a step of extracting internal logic of the analysis target intelligent controller through the constructed model.
