The present invention relates to a complex water system for solar energy generation and fish/algae farming and a water quality management method thereof. The complex water system for solar energy generation and fish/algae farming comprises: a fish/algae farming tank comprising a fish farming tank and an algae farming tank, wherein the fish farming tank and the algae farming tank are adjacent to each other but form distinct areas; a circulation pump for circulating water between the fish farming tank and the algae farming tank; and a controller for controlling the circulation pump by determining a water circulation direction of the circulation pump according to a preset time. The present invention has good water quality due to the smooth removal of phosphorus and nitrogen by algal farming.
