The present invention relates to a food waste disposal device and, more specifically, to a food waste disposal device which is able to pulverize food waste to small size by improving a structure of a stirrer pulverizing food waste and move the pulverized food waste to an outlet side by controlling the rotation direction of the stirrer. For the above, the present invention includes: a case including an inlet to which food waste is inputted an outlet from which pulverized food waste is discharged, an inner container which has a space for receiving and pulverizing food waste and an outer container which independently divides the inner container from the outside; a driving unit disposed at one side of the outside of the inner container and having a driving motor operating through applied power; and a stirrer disposed in the case and stirring accommodated food waste while rotating by rotary force delivered through the driving unit. The stirrer comprises a rotating shaft rod coupled to the driving unit and a pulverizing hole coupled to the rotating shaft rod in a united body through a connection rod, and pulverizes food waste according to rotation direction or transfers the food waste to the outlet side while being rotated by rotary force delivered through the driving unit.
