The present invention relates to an inundation simulation method in a coastal urban area and a computer program therefor. The inundation simulation method in a coastal urban area numerically models and provides an inundation phenomenon in the coastal urban area in accordance with a tsunami invasion through application of a finite value method and a well-balanced method by using a shallow water equation as a governing equation so as to more effectively perform evaluation and prediction with regard to a flood disaster generated in coastal and continental urban areas.
