Disclosed are an integrated management system for a construction project, which enables workers to integrate business for each field such as planning, design, materials, quotation, sales, or construction and cooperate with each other in one system when a house such as an apartment or villa is constructed to generate, connect, and match a plurality of data, thereby calculating the total amount of a project; and a method therefor. The integrated management method for a construction project, for the system including a database storing costs corresponding to model classes of visually recognizable objects for the construction project comprises the steps of: selecting a local level to which the visually recognizable objects are applied; selecting pyeong to which the visually recognizable objects are to be applied; setting model classes which are matched with the selected local level and the selected pyeong; and determining cost information matched with the set model classes. According to the present invention, the system and method enable the workers to integrate the construction project and cooperate with each other in one system and also to communicate with each other through the cooperation, thereby easily calculating the total amount of the project.
