The present invention relates to a waste synthetic resin emulsifying device which melts waste vinyl or thermoplastic waste plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene by pyrolysis to purify and recover the waste vinyl or thermoplastic waste plastics as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, and heavy oil. The waste synthetic resin emulsifying device provided by the present invention is able to shorten time required to fill a pyrolysis tank with waste synthetic resin while easily putting the waste synthetic resin into the pyrolysis tank without pulverizing the waste synthetic resin. The waste synthetic resin emulsifying device according to the present invention comprises: athe pyrolysis tank of which one end is open and the other end is connected to an oil gas outlet tube to be formed in a cylindrical tube shape, and which has a melting heater formed on the inner wall; an opening and closing unithole of which edge part covers the open end of the pyrolysis tank by corresponding to the same; a clamp of which one end is hinge-connected to a main bracket arranged in the side wall of the pyrolysis tank near the opening of the pyrolysis tank, and the other end is fixated on an auxiliary bracket arranged in the front side of the opening and closing hole; a plurality of coupling holders which are installed at equal intervals along the outer wall circumference of the pyrolysis tank in contact with the periphery of the opening of the pyrolysis tank; and a coupling piece of a rectangular plate shape which faces the coupling holders. One end of the coupling piece is over the front edge of the opening and closing unithole and the other end is formed so that the opening and closing unithole is closely attached to the periphery of the opening of the pyrolysis tank by corresponding to the coupling holders with a coupling of a bolt and a nut.
