The present invention relates to a light emitting nano-crystal and, more specifically, to a light emitting nano-crystal using an electronically delocalized carbamate derivative which controls the size of the Bohr radius of exciton by substituting a carbamate ligand with strong coordination ability and an electrically resonant structure to precisely control the size of the nano-crystal.
