The present invention relates to a method for formulating a pharmaceutical composition in an in-silico step through physiologically based pharmacokinetic modeling (PBPK modeling) and a pharmaceutical composition prepared according to the same. That is, the present invention provides: a method for manufacturing medicine, which, by predicting the solubilization ability of a drug evaluated in vitro in the in-silico step, is formulated in a form, such as silica sol, having increased solubilization ability even for drugs with low solubility that are difficult to predict; and a pharmaceutical composition prepared according to the same.
