The present invention relates to porous metal nanoparticles that generate oxygen, and to a use of the porous metal nanoparticles to simultaneously enhance radiotherapy and anticancer therapeutic effects at the same time. Porous metal nanoparticles according to the present invention generate oxygen by reaction with peroxide in tumors, thereby being able to overcome hypoxia, and thus, porous metal nanoparticles can dramatically improve a radiotherapy effect by effectively absorbing irradiated radiation. In addition, when including an image contrast medium or an anticancer agent inside porous metal nanoparticles, it is possible to increase the accuracy of diagnosis/treatment by checking position of tumors from image and it is possible to expect synergistic effects of the anticancer agent and radiation treatment.
