The present invention relates to crossbreeding of pollen transmitting insects such as Bombus terrestris, and more specifically, to a method for sorting bee colonies for mass-producing queen bees for crossbreeding, and a beehive formulation for proliferating queen bees of Bombus terrestris. According to the method for sorting bee colonies for mass-producing queen bees, breeding information (a whole period of egg-laying, a period for emergence of a first working bee, a period during which 40 or more working bees are obtained after the emergence of the first working bee) is used. According to the beehive formulation for proliferating queen bees, a proliferation beehive (200) and a harvesting beehive (400) are connected such that emerged queen bees and drone bees can move through a connection path (300). Accordingly, excellent bee colonies can be sorted to enhance productivity of queen bees and convenience of harvesting and breeding management (feeding, cleaning and the like) for a next-generation queen bee can be enhanced.
