The present invention relates to a color block recognition device through an LED applied to a coding education system for children, which naturally changes play into learning through a block playing process of children. An objective of the present invention is to provide a color block recognition device through an LED applied to a coding education system for children, which recognizes color of corresponding blocks while stably mounting and fixing each color block in the coding education system for children using a color block displaying a color corresponding to a predetermined symbol, and transmits information of the color to a terminal device side. To this end, the color block recognition device comprises: a plurality of blocks having a predetermined symbol marked on an outer surface and coated with a predetermined color matched with the corresponding symbol; a recognition device having a plurality of blocks selectively mounted and arranged thereon; and the terminal device linked with the recognition device to receive the information of the blocks from the recognition device. The recognition device is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped body having a printed circuit board embedded therein and has a plurality of mounting units with each block mounted thereon arranged and formed on an upper surface, wherein a sensor unit comprising an LED sensor for recognizing the color of the mounted block is disposed in each mounting unit.
