The present invention relates to a recipe tree building system for cooking recipe visualization, and a recipe tree building method using the same. The recipe tree building system for cooking recipe visualization comprises: an input module allowing a user to input the name of food to be analyzed; a collection module communicating with a content server storing a plurality of recipes and collecting recipes for the food names input in the input module from the content server; an extraction module extracting information on food ingredients included in the recipe from the recipe collected in the collection module; and an analysis module generating tabulated recipe tree analysis data for the analysis target food based on the information extracted from the extraction module. According to the present invention, the recipe tree building system for cooking recipe visualization and the recipe tree building method using the same extract information about ingredients from the recipe collected from content servers, and build the tabulated recipe tree analysis data for the recipe of the analysis target food based on the extracted information, thereby enabling the user to intuitively understand the recipes more easily.
