The present invention relates to a real-time fine dust/ultrafine dust prediction system based on meteorological factors and air pollutants using an active reaction LED sculpture, configured to predict fine dust and ultrafine dust, the most important substance among air pollutants, based on meteorological factors and the air pollutants through machine learning, and display prediction information thereof using an active reaction LED sculpture so that children, the youth as well as ordinary citizens can easily recognize the prediction information about fine dust and ultrafine dust. The real-time fine dust/ultrafine dust prediction system based on meteorological factors and air pollutants using an active reaction LED sculpture comprises: a predictor collection unit configured to collect factors for predicting fine dust and ultrafine dust; a preprocessing unit configured to extract only factors affecting the fine dust and ultrafine dust from the plurality of collected predictors; a fine dust/ultrafine dust prediction means configured to predict fine dust and ultrafine dust by learning the extracted factors through machine learning; and a prediction data transmission unit configured to transmit prediction data predicted by the fine dust/ultrafine dust prediction means.
