The present invention relates to a vaginal lubricant composition which provides a lubricant composition having a viscosity similar to cervical mucus of women, thereby providing a lubrication function and making fertility-friendly vaginal environment to improving possibility of pregnancy through fertilization. The vaginal lubricant composition is composed of a water-soluble base including a viscosity enhancer, a pH retaining agent added to show alkalinity, a preservative, and seaweeds such as laver, sea mustard or the like.
