The present invention relates to a fiber structure for close contact of a thermal cell ignition strip, a manufacturing method thereof, and a thermal cell using the same. The fiber structure for close contact of a thermal cell ignition strip according to an embodiment of the present invention is inserted into an inner hollow of a thermal cell ignition strip and comprises: a fiber structure part for forming a hollow structure in an axial direction by using a filament; and a coating layer formed by applying a silica solution to the fiber structure part.
