The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition in the form of a solid formulation comprising resveratrol and a copolymer of certain polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene. When formulating by using the copolymer of certain polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene as a solubilizer, or when formulating by forming a solid dispersion with resveratrol, it is possible to improve bioavailability by remarkably increasing the solubility of resveratrol. In addition, the present invention also provides a method for manufacturing a pharmaceutical composition in the form of the solid formulation, the method for solubilizing resveratrol, and a solid dispersion containing resveratrol.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
