The present invention relates to a method for producing a vinegar using evening primrose, pomegranate, and figs as main ingredients, and more specifically, to a method for producing a functional vinegar using evening primrose, pomegranate, and figs as main ingredients, for treating or preventing gout, wherein a mixture of evening primrose, pomegranate, and figs is treated with boiling water at a predetermined temperature, and undergoes a fermentation process for a predetermined period by adding thereto acetobacter and a brown rice vinegar.
