LOAD TURNOVER APPARATUS FOR DECREASING VERTICAL LOAD ACTING ON A FOUNDATION OF EXISTING REMODELING BUILDING AND REMODELING METHOD USING THE SAME

Provided are a load conversion apparatus for reducing vertical load of an existing remodeled building foundation and a remodeling method using the same. In remodeling construction of apartments such as wall structural apartments, using the pulley principle, vertical downward load acting on a horizontal extension unit constructed on a side of the existing remodeled building is converted into vertical upward load of the existing remodeled building, so that the vertical downward load on a pile and a foundation plate of the existing remodeled building can be reduced. In addition, if vertical expansion is involved, by reducing the vertical downward load acting on the pile and the foundation plate of the existing remodeled building, reinforcement of the foundation plate or the pile of the existing remodeled building can be avoided. Moreover, a cost of vertical extension remodeling work can be reduced, and safety can be improved.
