The present invention provides a composite beam comprising: a main body member extending in the longitudinal direction and having a cross section having an open upper part; a flat plate-shaped closed section plate member joined to an upper side of the main body member to form a closed section with the main body member, wherein a concrete hole into which concrete is introduced through an upper end region of the closed section is formed; a section steel member joined to an upper side of the closed section plate member and embedded in poured concrete; and a tension member disposed at an inner region of the closed section and disposed in the longitudinal direction at a height direction lower region of the main body member to generate prestress.
