The present invention relates to a hinge pin fixing member for construction equipment and agricultural machines, capable of being fastened with a hinge pin connecting a work member for construction and agriculture and a connection member and an operation cylinder and a boom included in a loader for construction equipment and agricultural machines. More specifically, the hinge pin fixing member includes: a washer forming a body plate including a through hole formed in the center, and forming a first insertion space on the edge of one side facing the outer surface of a work member for construction and agriculture, a connection member and a boom by bending the edge of the body plate while forming a second insertion space on the other side; a fixing bolt comprising a head part inserted into the second insertion space to be attached to the body plate, and a male screw part protruding from the head part to be coupled with a female screw part of the hinge pin through the through hole; and an O-ring having one part inserted into the first insertion space, and having the other part attached to the outer surface of the outer surface of the work member for construction and agriculture, the connection member and the boom by protruding from the first insertion space.
