The present invention relates to a composition for in-vitro culture of diploid or tetraploid Coconopsis lanceolata and to a mass culture method of Coconopsis lanceolata using same and, more specifically, to a technique for mass propagation of Coconopsis lanceolata using a culture medium containing a growth regulator capable of actively inducing differentiation of lobes and organs of the Coconopsis lanceolata, thereby having an effect of producing the Coconopsis lanceolata in large quantities in a relatively short period.
