The present invention relates to an emergency mask and an emergency evacuation system using the same. The emergency mask includes: a respiratory part which has an opened rear face coming in contact with a user′s face and includes a space part through which air flows for the user to breathe; a corrugated tube which is expandable to suck in air from the outside, and is connected to the respiratory part; and an air storage part which is connected to the respiratory part, stores air as the air is injected by the corrugated pipe, and provides the air through the respiratory part.
