The present invention relates to an aquaculture stacked tank system for individual smart culture using a shuttle device. The aquaculture stacked tank system for individual smart culture of the present invention comprises: a housing including a reservoir space in which aquatic products and water can be accommodated; an individual habitat unit including the housings arranged in rows and columns; a rail extending in the direction parallel to the direction in which the housing is arranged in a row direction; a shuttle device including a first upward extension unit which extends in the direction parallel to the direction where the housing is arranged in a column direction, a second upward extension unit which extends in the direction parallel to the direction where the housing is arranged in a column direction, and a horizontal unit which extends from an upper portion of the first upward extension unit to an upper portion of the second upward extension unit, and capable of slidably reciprocating along the rail; and a camera unit disposed on the first upward extension unit or the second upward extension unit. When the shuttle device slides along the rail, the individual habitat unit passes through a space between the first upward extension unit and the second upward extension unit. Accordingly, the present invention can save time and manpower required to manage the tank.
