pH -- Ring opening metathesis polymers with cis-alpha-beta unsaturated anhydride structures for pH-responsive grafting and degradation and use thereof

The present invention relates to a novel ring opening metathesis polymer. More specifically, the present invention provides a pH-reactive ring opening metathesis polymer manufactured by ring opening metathesis polymerization of an acid anhydride having a cis-α,β-double bond under a Grubbs catalyst, and a use thereof such as a drug carrier. According to the present invention, a drug carrier having reduced side effects against diseases having different micro environment pH conditions can be manufactured.
