The present invention provides a medical information inquiry and input method, and a program and a system performing the same. The medical information inquiry and input method comprises the steps of: retrieving medical information of a patient prior to a reference date from a database; generating objects by date in accordance with a set field item from the medical information of the patient; and displaying each of the objects on an interface in a separate section form in time-series by date in a corresponding field.
