A system for driving a single channel-based multifunctional LED lamp comprises: an ICU to output a lamp driving signal; a fuse box to output power; and a controller to drive the lamp. The controller includes: a microcomputer to control a time-sharing control and a multi-channel switching control logic (multi-floating switches (MFS)) in response to a lamp control signal received from the ICU; an LED driver to perform fast output discharge based on the lamp control signal outputted from the microcomputer; an output capacitor to stabilize an output current; a comparison capacitor to compare a fast discharge; a bypass switch to conduct a current based on the multi-channel switching control logic; and an LED load operating by the LED driver and including an LED string having at least one lamp function.
