The present invention relates to a clean combustion boiler, and more specifically, to technology for mixing two types of fuels through two or more nozzles. As primary fuels for a first nozzle, traditional fossil fuels such as diesel or various renewable fuels such as refined oil are used. As secondary fuels for a second nozzle, alcohol fuels mixed with 50% or more of water are used. The present invention relates to boiler combustion technology which has substantially increased efficiency compared to a conventional combustion boiler while discharging various pollution and toxic substances contained in the primary fuels that provide a large amount of heat below an air pollution emission standard by an alternate staged combustion method using two fuels with completely different characteristics for the two nozzles without a special air pollution control device.
