The present invention relates to: a wet granule composition manufactured by a wet granulation method by mixing various additives and a binder in polaprezinc, a method for manufacturing a tablet using the same, and the tablet manufactured from the same. When manufacturing the tablet using a wet composition according to the present invention, regardless of the particle size of polaprezinc, it is possible to increase bioavailability by exhibiting a high dissolution rate despite low solubility of polaprezinc, and it is possible to maintain smooth productivity and high stability, thereby being able to provide a tablet formulation that can express a stable medicinal effect.
