The present invention provides a central processing device of a multilateration detection system and an aircraft position calculation method using the same. The central processing device comprises: an input unit to receive signals including a signal time-of-arrival (TOA) for a plurality of time-synchronized receivers; and a control unit to group signals transmitted at the same time among signals inputted from the input unit, correct bias elements for signal time-of-arrival of receivers corresponding to grouped signals to be identical, calculate a time difference of arrival (TDOA) between the receivers based on the corrected signal time-of-arrival, and use the calculated time difference of arrival to calculate the position of an aircraft.
