The present invention relates to a radionuclide analysis system comprising: a separation unit for separating radionuclides from radioactive samples; and a measurement unit for measuring the concentration of radioactivity emitted from the separated radionuclide. The separation unit and the measurement unit are provided in the same or separate mobile structures so as to be placed on a site where the radioactive sample is present.
