Disclosed are a system and method for enabling a plurality of participants to participate in joint command and control training on a virtual three-dimensional topographic map provided through three-dimensional augmented reality. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method includes: a step in which a joint command and control training system conducts a pairing procedure for each of a plurality of training equipment units - here, each of the training equipment units includes an augmented reality display device and a mobile terminal -; a step in which the system creates a training sharing manager instance when receiving a request for the creation of new command and control training from a master terminal; a step in which the system registers the training equipment units in the training sharing manager instance when receiving a request for participation in the new command and control training from the mobile terminal included in the training equipment units; and a step in which the system controls augmented reality-based three-dimensional command and control training so that the training can be conducted through the training equipment units registered in the training sharing manager instance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
