The present invention relates to an integrated control system of a parking lot and a processing method thereof. The integrated control system of a parking lot according to the present invention processes to provide a parking available vehicle count of a plurality of parking lots to a nearby user in real time by using a plurality of parking lot current state electronic display boards. To this end, the integrated control system of a parking lot comprises a parking lot barrier, a parking lot terminal, a parking lot current state electronic display board, and a parking lot integrated control server. The parking lot current state electronic display board is mainly installed around a congested downtown area or main street, or around a road, in order to display the parking available vehicle count of at least one parking lot in real time, thereby reducing the time spent by a user finding a parking lot located nearby and having parking availability. Therefore, because the parking available vehicle count of the plurality of parking lots is provided to the nearby user in real time by using the parking lot current state electronic display board, the user can easily find the parking lot with parking availability such that illegal parking and stopping can be prevented, and the causes of accidents and incidents generated by illegal parking and stopping can be prevented, thereby guaranteeing the safety of citizens.
