The present invention relates to a server for lodging transfer management, a business terminal for the same, and a lodging transfer method using the same. The server for lodging transfer management comprises: a lodging reservation management unit to store lodging reservation information for a room reserved based on a reservation request of a first customer terminal for at least one room among a plurality of rooms arranged in a lodging business in a prescribed database; and a false offering determination unit to determine whether the room corresponding to a cancellation request is a false offering based on previously stored lodging reservation information and a unique number received from the first customer terminal if the cancellation request for the reserved room is received from the first customer terminal. Accordingly, reservation information of lodging offerings is managed to mediate between a person who wants to cancel a reservation for a previously reserved lodging offering and a person who wants the corresponding lodging offering to perform a reservation transfer between the two people and a name change procedure for the reservation transfer on behalf of the two people to promote mutual benefits between a reservation canceling person and a new reservation person.
