B A photothermal nanocomplex comprising photothermal nanoparticle anticancer drug and conjugate of hyaluronic acid and substrate peptide of cathepsin B
The present invention relates to a photothermal nanocomplex comprising: photothermal nanoparticles; an anticancer drug; and a conjugate of hyaluronic acid and substrate peptide of cathepsin B, wherein the conjugate of hyaluronic acid and substrate peptide of cathepsin B is coupled to the surface of the photothermal nanoparticles. A photothermal nanocomplex according to the present invention can target cancer cells by comprising the conjugate of hyaluronic acid and substrate peptide of cathepsin B coupled to the surface of the photothermal nanoparticles, thereby coupling the conjugate of hyaluronic acid and substrate peptide of cathepsin B to CD44, i.e., a hyaluronic acid receptor expressed on the surface of cancer cells, and can release the anticancer drug while the conjugate is being cut by cathepsin B which is absorbed in lysosomes inside the cancer cells and exists in the lysosomes. Further, a photothermal nanocomplex according to the present invention exhibits an excellent cancer treatment effect by having a photothermal treatment effect due to the photothermal nanoparticles and a chemical treatment effect due to the anticancer drug at the same time during irradiation of near infrared rays.
