The present invention relates to early diagnosis of breast cancer using a liquid biopsy multi-cancer gene biomarker and a monitoring method after treatment and, more specifically, to breast cancer using exosomes, early diagnosis for each molecular subtype of breast cancer, and a non-invasive method for monitoring after treatment. An inventor develops technology for analyzing mRNA in the exosomes and determines that increase of accuracy and reproducibility of diagnosis can be accomplished through the technology. The present invention provides an early diagnosis method of the breast cancer of four type molecular subtypes and a method for determining a breast cancer progressing degree depending on an expression degree through minimal multiple cancer gene biomarker technology for being applied to the early diagnosis for each breast cancer molecular subtype. The present invention can be used for development of a medical device for gene in vitro diagnosis for the early diagnosis method of the breast cancer using the liquid biopsy multi-cancer gene biomarker and recurrence monitoring after the treatment of the breast cancer.
