The present invention relates to a smart standalone seedling cultivation system and a seedling cultivation method using the same and, more specifically, an objective of the present invention is to cultivate a seedling unmanly or by a small number of workers by automation, excellently manage cultivation through energy dependency by new/regenerable energy, increase productivity of the seedling through one-touch seedling cultivation, and enable an unskilled user to cultivate the seedling. According to the present invention, the smart standalone seedling cultivation system comprises: a seedling chamber body (10) having a seedling cultivation space formed therein; a seedling tray (20) received in the seedling cultivation chamber to be withdrawn and storing a seedling; a photovoltaic thermal (PVT) module (30) producing electricity and high temperature heat by using solar energy; a lighting facility (40) receiving the electricity produced by the PVT module to form a seedling cultivation environment in the seedling chamber body; a heating facility (50) forming the seedling cultivation environment in the seedling chamber body by using the high temperature heat produced by the PVT module; a nutrient supply facility (60) supplying nutrients to the seedling of the seedling tray; a sensor detecting the temperature inside the seedling chamber body and information for controlling the cultivation facility and the nutrient supply facility; and a controller (70) controlling the cultivation facility and the nutrient supply facility.
