The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical formulation for enhancing biodistribution of the lung or brain, comprising Byakangelicin, and more specifically, to an effect of enhancing biodistribution of a pharmaceutical formulation comprising a lung disease- or brain disease-treating drug and Byakangelicin. According to a pharmaceutical formulation comprising an active ingredient such as curcumin, umbelliferone or doxorubicin, and Byakangelicin, an effect of enhancing biodistribution of the active materials on in vivo can be obtained easily and rapidly by confirming an effect that biodistribution is concentrated in the lung and brain without having any other impact on other organs, enabling distribution of the active ingredient to be directly analyzed by a fluorescence imaging method, and enabling the active ingredient to be analyzed without a problem such as degeneration or concentration change of active materials during a process of pretreating or extracting a biological sample.
