The present invention relates to a production method of a conductive additive, which comprises the steps of: modifying a carbon material to have a reactive functional group; and forming metal nanoparticles bound to a surface of the carbon material, to a conductive additive produced thereby, and to a production method of a conductive fiber comprising the additive to a polymer substrate.
