The present invention relates to a power pumping system of a solar power generation facility linked by reference panel voltage tracking and central concentration control of a solar module, which has an effect of simple construction and cost reduction. The power pumping system of the present invention comprises: a solar power generation facility including a solar cell module; a priming water supply unit connected in series; a load terminal connected to the solar power generation facility; and a reference panel voltage maintaining control unit.
