The present invention relates to a system and a method for assisting autonomous driving of a vehicle using a drone, wherein the system includes: a drone for acquiring surrounding information through at least one detector; a vehicle that performs autonomous driving using the surrounding information; and a server assisting autonomous driving of the vehicle by renting the drone according to a request for drone rental from the vehicle.
