DCS SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING DCS PRODUCTIVITY

The present invention relates to a management system and a method thereof and, more specifically, to a distributed control system (DCS) productivity management system and a method thereof capable of promoting efficient product production management by establishing a productivity analysis system while storing, in a database, all documents and instructions required for an operator and product production management in a process of producing a product through DCS facilities. To this end, the DCS productivity management system comprises: a manager server consisting of an attendance status management unit for managing an attendance status for each operator of a production site using a DCS, an operation status management unit for managing an operation status of an operator-belonging group including the operator, a production status management unit for managing a product production status of a production site using the DCS, a productivity management unit for managing the productivity and failure rate of a product according to any one or more between the operator-belonging group and the product, and a product indication and performance management unit for managing performance for at least any one production indication between the operator-belonging group and the product; and an operator terminal for transmitting and receiving data to and from any one or more among the attendance status management unit, the operation status management unit, the production status management unit, the productivity management unit and the production indication and performance management unit by being able to communicate with the manager server.
