The present invention relates to a mathematical ability assessment authentication method using a cube block structure. The present invention includes a method for building a system of a block structure that divides learning areas and steps for each area by difficulty level in mathematical learning ability assessment so that an applicant applies for each block of a cube to receive authentication step by step. The present invention can set accurate assessment standards in learning institutions such as home, schools and private institutions and workplaces that require mathematical abilities to be a basis for fostering human resources with mathematical abilities required by society.
