The present invention relates to an apparatus for machining holes in scallop shells and binding scallop shells with a wire using a jig and, more specifically, to an apparatus for machining holes and binding with a wire using a scallop shell jig which places 200 or more scallop shells in a line on a jig, machines and forms holes in the scallop shells aligned in a line at once, and inserts a wire into the formed holes to bind the shells at once. The apparatus for machining holes in scallop shells and binding scallop shells with a wire using a jig comprises: a motor for hole machining to rotate a rod for a drill; a screw for transport coupled to a screw jack on a lower portion of a support plate on which the motor for hole machining is placed to move the support plate forwards and backwards; a motor for transport to rotate the screw for transport; a support to support the rod for a drill in the middle of the rod for a drill to prevent the rod for a drill from deflecting downwards; a support screw installed on a lower portion of the support to move the support forwards and backwards; a jig to stack scallop shells in a line; a fixing part which is formed on the body and inserts the jig thereinto to detachably fix the jig; and a wire reel having a wire wound thereon to insert the wire into holes formed in scallop shells by the rod for a drill.
