The present invention relates to a device and a method for water treatments in fish farms, More specifically, the device for water treatments in fish farms comprises: a photovoltaic panel which is installed in a root inclined by a predetermined inclination and generates power; a hybrid inverter which is installed in a lower part of the photovoltaic panel and converts power transmitted from the photovoltaic panel into a predetermined voltage to transmit the same; a charger or a battery which receives the power from the hybrid inverter to save the same or assists the lack of power instead of the photovoltaic panel; a DC motor which receives the power from the hybrid inverter to generate a torque; a fish farm water treatment device support which comprises a first mounting stand for mounting the hybrid inverter and the charger or the battery and a second mounting stand for mounting a pair of DC motors; an air discharging port which is installed between the first and second mounting stands; an air pump which pumps air by means of the DC motor; a filter which receives air from the air pump to filter the same; blowers which are installed on both sides of the water treatment device support and rotate a propeller by the DC motor; a buoyancy device which is installed in a lower side of the fish farm water treatment device support to make float by means of an inner buoyancy; a pH sensor which is installed in water; a main controller which receives a pH concentration of the pH sensor and generates control information to control the blower and maintain a pH concentration by a predetermined value; and a central management center which receives the control information from the main control device to monitor entirely. Accordingly, the present invention uses renewable energy sources to supply power to the water treatment device, thereby being economical.
