The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a non-woven fabric using a web with improved water permeability, wicking properties, and tensile strength; and to the non-woven fabric manufactured therefrom. The present invention can improve tensile force by supplying a reinforcing thread in one direction of a web; improve water permeability by weaving the web at regular intervals to form an air permeating unit; and improve wicking properties by allowing the web to form a virtual filament thread in the shape of a twisted strand of rice straw, since the web is woven at regular intervals. In addition, the manufacturing method for non-woven fabric using a web comprises: a web forming step of forming a web by mixing a single of two or more kinds of fibers; a reinforcing thread supplying step of supplying reinforcing threads to one surface of the web formed in a fixed thickness by the web forming step at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction while moving the web; a horizontal tying step of forming horizontal tying units at regular intervals as a plurality of needles in a horizontal direction, to which a tying thread is connected, penetrate the web during the movement of the web having the reinforcing threads installed therein and then, weave single fibers at regular intervals and widths; and heating and compressing step of passing the web through a roller for heating and compressing when the reinforcing threads are installed in the web in the longitudinal direction, the single fibers are tied by the tying thread at regular widths to the horizontal direction and thus, the virtual filament thread is formed.
