The present invention relates to a rotary dust removal apparatus having a front screen and a foreign substance removal device interworking with a rake and, more specifically, to a rotary dust removal apparatus capable of preventing frequent driving stops and malfunction of a pump. According to the present invention, the rotary dust removal apparatus comprises: a screen unit including a main screen unit and a front screen unit; a rake unit; a frame unit including a main frame and a guide rail; a control unit; and a foreign substance removal device. Moreover, the front screen unit includes a plurality of front screens and a front screen base.
