The present invention relates to a production management system using real-time power consumption analysis of various production facilities installed in various industrial sites. The production management system using real-time power consumption analysis of various production facilities installed in various industrial sites comprises: a power meter which measures a power consumption value of a production facility; and a management server which receives identification information of the production facility and power consumption information including the power consumption value from the power meter and obtains and manages production amount information of the production facility through analysis of the power consumption information. According to the present invention, it is possible to precisely analyze a production amount of the production facility even when a waveform of a power signal consumed by the production facility in a process of producing a product is irregular as well as regular.
