The present invention relates to a Terahertz wave radiating device for DNA demethylation and a DNA demethylation system including the same, which are capable of demethylating DNA in a blood cell by radiating Terahertz waves to blood. The Terahertz wave radiating device for DNA demethylation comprises: a blood supply pipe which introduces blood; n number of fine pipes which are branched from the blood supply pipe and through which the blood introduced to the blood supply pipe flows, respectively; a blood collection pipe in which the blood flowed through the n number of fine pipes is collected and discharged; and a radiation unit which includes n number of Terahertz wave radiating units each placed at one side of the n number of fine pipes and radiating Terahertz waves to each of the n number of fine pipes where the blood flows. The present invention can directly radiate high-output Terahertz wave to blood and thus, can cope with hematologic malignancy more effectively than the case of radiating Terahertz wave to blood within the patient′s body.
